Isolator is an impervious laminated sheet with nodules on the underside which allows for the ventilation of any moisture in the subfloor into a dry wall. Ideal for when fast track deadlines make application of Waterproof Surface Membranes too time consuming. Stopgap Isolator Membrane can be simply laid over subfloors that are contaminated by oil, grease, paint or existing adhesive residues etc.

Saves contractors valuable time and money by quickly bringing the subfloor into a sound condition without lengthy remedial work being required. Stopgap Isolator Membrane allows for the easy removal of floorcoverings, leaving the surface in its original condition. The Isolator is simply rolled out and a new floorcovering can then be adhered to the membrane, avoiding the need to touch the subfloor.
